Why does my Albino water frog have this white slime on him?

Does it appear fuzzy, or truly like a slime? If it's fuzzy, it's likely fungus, in which case I'd recommend a malachite green based med (like Rid Ich, Quick Cure, etc.). If it's just a body slime, chances are he's molting.
