If evolution is true why haven't people who live in the Rainforest evolved green skin?

Why would they need it? There is nothing in the environment that demands green skin to adapt. Plants have green skin, and that's because of the chlorophyll. Amazonian Natives have brown and darker skin because the treetops become very large and very little sunlight reaches the ground.
