How do I talk to him?

I am in 8th grade and I like this guy. He always looks at me but we barely talk. whenever I am around him I get nervous. I am normally crazzzyyyy! I think he sees that when I am wih my friends. Although, I can't be my crazy self around him...i get too nervous and self cautious.
