HELP! what do i wear with my tutu?

i think you should get some bright tights, pink i think. there selling them in primark for a �1 at the mo, also get a neon vest top to match the tight from river island i think there �7, then just wear zip up jacket over the top so if you get so hot just take it off, and just weaar pumps on your feet and leg warmers aswell (: for your hair i would make it as big and 70's as poss, have it down and back comb then hairspray. for your makeup wear plenty of black eyeliner at the bottom and coloured at the top. hope this helps x
