Lo Ovral birth control question?

I have been on this pill for 4 months during the first 3 I had no problems with breakthrough bleeding. This month I did it with my man which is huge and started bleeding. I went to my doctor she said it was normal. Well I bleed for 6 days stopped for 3 and now starting to spot some but it is like a brownish color. I was just woundering if anyone else is having this problem and what I can do about it.
