Girl Meets Boy...Not Even...Much more Complicated though?

Theres this boy, and i havent met him yet but his little brother used to play on my brothers footy teams about two years ago and thats where it started. He used to run past and smile at me and i was sittin on a seat and i was lookin down and he put his face near mine and smiled. then i was sitting on the ground and i heard his dad say 'just go up to her'..Well i run into every so often now, like i live near him and i see him playing basketball out the front and i saw him at the doctors and he just stared at me...then i see him walkin home from work and he keeps staring at me. I see him working and i walked past and we locked eyes and he wouldnt stop staring at me=] Yestersay i saw him at mcdonalds and he was lookin at me as he walked past and i think he turned to his friend and started talkin about me, i could tell by the way his mate kept lookin at me. I have no idea how to get his number or email..I dont know his friends but he lives near me but im really shy...Is there a good way?
