If law is ministration of condemnation & death, grace is ministration of righteousness & life, why desire law?

Jesus came to save the Jews from their laws as given by Moses, but grace (forgiveness) was given to all (Jews and gentiles) for every sin they had made in the past, because they knew not the TRUTH.
