Making sure baby comes with in emergency?

If I have to call an ambulance and be rushed to the hospital for a cardiac episode, what can I do to make sure that the ambulance team knows that there is a baby in the house that needs to go along (in case I am unconscious when they show up)? I have been having some heart issues and have my tests scheduled - but I am oftentimes at home alone with my 13 month old baby and am worried about the possibility of him being left behind should I be rushed to the hospital. My husband is away on business 4-6 days a week, so I can't even guarantee that he would stop at home if he were contacted by the hospital. This is stressing me out!!! Please help!
