Budget Eb Clarinet help please!?

I am a conservatoire graduate on clarinet, thinking about going back to do a Masters after a few years out. I'm thinking about getting a cheap Eb clarinet to practice excerpts on, and came across these Cibaili clarinets on ebay for �100. I am well aware they are not going to be amazing, but does anyone have any experience of them they could share with me as I don't want to throw a hundred quid down the drain if it won't even play!!
