When dealing with a phony manager at work?

When you got a manager at your job who greets you acts as if he likes you and so forth as if he has your best interest at heart, but you know he really dosent because of his actions how do you deal with that. I have manager and a istant manager, my head mgr whos really a geniune guy has been out of work do to surgery on his knees, in the time that hes been out, which has been about a month now, my istant mgr filled his place till he returns. Well on sat. and sun.my lead boss almost always wrote the same schedule week after week and know that his istant is in charge of the schedule i believe so strongly that he is intentionally having me work 12-10 on sundays yes taking nfl football away on purpose, and not just that this is the day my lady has off from here job and when the head boss was there i never worked till evning on the weekends "and he knows this", he knows football is what me & the big have boss have in commen. Know i know i could confront this professionally but i havent yet because im holden in so much of what i want to say about the (favortism) and the (under cover dirt)that i so easily descern he does and i don't want to explode on him, how should i handle this Answeres family?
