To make Jam?

For best results use the recipe on the package of pectin otherwise you will be wasting your time and your fruit. I have used 1/2 the amount of pectin before with okay results. My very first time of making jam I left out the pectin and almost had syrup. . . very runny stuff. I've never heard of using a bread maker to make jam. Just use your stove top. By the way - forget the knox gelatin unless you're making jello.
