PLEASE HELP, my baby kitty is dieing!?

She's about a month and 2 weeks old. When i first got her from the LA rescue i took her home and she kept sneezing a lot! Than green stuff kept coming out of her nose so we took her too the vet to see what was wrong, the vet gave her a shot. The sneezing and nose fluid is gone now but she wont eat or play like she used to and i think she has thrown up a bit sense there would always be some kind of yellow slime coming out of her mouth. The vet gave me medicine to give her twice daily but it said FOR DOGS ONLY, i didn't mind the big bold sign sense the vet gave it to us for our cat. Please i don't know what else to do, i really don't want her to die!
