They say they've pinpointed the origin of deja vu I think there wrong?

I have deja vu happen to me often and what they were saying is deja vu isn't really what happens to me. They were saying it's a feeling of being somewhere before and it happens more and more as you get older but I don't have a feeling of being somewhere before ok I mean maybe that happens once in a while. But when I experiance deja vu I can tell people what they are going to say before they say it. or I can walk into someplace I've never been in before and so somplace with out asking any one and know exactly where it is. They say humans use 10 percent ... or is it 8 percent of there brain is it not possible that some of us use a little bit more than other and that's why they can't explain how it truly happens. How would you explain me knowing things I shouldn't know?
