Someone works for the supreme court and they have called you using bad language should you call their sup?

i emailed my ex boyfriend, his live in girlfriend read the email and sent me nasty emails and called me from the supreme court admistrative office of philadelphia. should i call her sup on tuesday to inform them of her issues.
