*HELP* i AM 13 YEARS OLD 5' 4" AND 175 POUNDS BUT I DON'T LOOK FATTTTT. HELPPPPP!?

You sound as if your fat is distributed evenly over your body therefore disguising your problem. You weigh far too much for your body to handle. The best thing to do is eat 1200 cal/day and excercise daily. Choose low fat foods, complex carbohydrates. If you don't get steady weight loss then ask your family doctor for help. You should get down to 130lbs area even for big bones. Don't forget you are still growing, so being fit and healthy is most important.
